Gail Golden, MBA, Ph.D., is the Principal of Gail Golden Consulting. As a psychologist and consultant for over twenty years, she has helped to develop the skills of hundreds of business leaders in dozens of organizations. Her experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, and consultant to senior leaders of both Fortune 1000 and non-profit organizations informs her approach to developing high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations. She is personally involved in delivering service to each client, involving other consultants when appropriate to meet client needs.
